This class is for beginners and yogis of all levels. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, stretching, balance and flexibility. This yoga can be performed standing or sitting.

In-person lunch served at 11:30am at SC location
This group is for families, partners and other caregivers for adults living in the early to mid stages of Alzheimer’s or other type of dementia. It’s a safe place to discuss the stresses, challenges, and rewards of providing care for a loved one.

Tai chi leader Rob McCue will also join in-person to guide us through gentle movements known to help maintain strength, flexibility, and balance. Tai chi is so effective at reducing stress, it is often referred to as “meditation in motion”.
