Holidays are often filled with friends, family, and the sharing of new and
old memories, but they can also bring sadness and added stress for
caregivers and their families. This year can add to these burdens due to
COVID-19 causing increased worry and concerns. This presentation will
provide suggestions for caring for a loved one with dementia, caring for
the caregiver, and rediscovering the simplicity of joy during the holidays.

A time of reflection, sisterhood and respite for Black female caregivers looking to express their feelings and share similar experiences with one another in a safe space. "The Sister Circle," will be a safe space for Black female caregivers to share, reflect and express themselves with our facilitator and a long-time friend to LCC, Mrs. Alayna Tillman.
